.PAYMENTS➤ please pay immediately after we ask for it – but within given Deadline! We’re not a bank!➤ after you've paid, send a screeshot in the groupchat. If you want to combine payments, please send the screenshot in each chat (so we know which GOs you've combined into one payment) - Combined payments are always welcomed <3➤ If your payment is still missing after given deadline (announced in gc), we will tag you twice. If you haven't paid after 2 reminders, your claim will be gone. This goes for every payment you have to make! (initial, ems, customs). WE WON'T REFUND PAYMENTS YOU'VE ALREADY MADE➤ You can ALWAYS dm us beforehand if you can't pay / need more time. We sure can always find a solution. Don't hesitate to ask.

.ARRIVED / STORED ITEMS➤ ALL ITEMS (Photocards, Magazines, Albums, Merch etc.) can be stored up to 1 month after they arrived.➤ After your Items arrived at our place (info in GC, Story & ML) you have 1 month (exact date stated in GC&ML) to fill out the shipping form. If the shipping form DL is over and you haven't filled out a form or dmed us, your items will be sold without a refund.➤ We won't argue about this rule anymore in the future. If you join our GOs, you accept our rules. It's your responsibility to keep track of your orders - not those of the GOMs. If you ignore this, become rude against one of us or even try to threaten us, you will be blocked and blacklisted.➤ If you've filled out a form and new items arrived in this time: Please fill out another, new shipping form. Please understand that it's not always possible to combine them, but we will try our best. If combining is not possible, you have to pay seperately for them.➤ Once your items are packed by us we will ask you to pay for domestics (that means shipping from gom's place to you). We only send out after you paid for it.➤ If you won't pay domestics or won't answer our DMs after 1 week we reached out to you, you will lose your claims without a refund as well.➤ You can always ask us to put your items on hold if you want to combine shipping with other GOs➤ We will let you choose which shipping you want. As soon as your package/letter got dropped of at the post office we’re not responsible for any damages or even lost mail since its not in our hands anymore. We won’t refund!💡In order to cover for all packing expenses, we charge a packaging fee of 1€ for grouporders and sales.
